Stomper Natalie is looking for anyone who might have witnessed when her father was hit by a black Suzuki while crossing Bedok Reservoir Road on May 22 at around 8.15am.

Natalie told Stomp that her 85-year-old father was walking home after exercising when he was "knocked down" by the car near Block 629.

"The traffic light was in his favour and still indicated 10 seconds to go when a car turned left without stopping and crashed into him," said Natalie.

She said that her father had suffered a broken foot and abrasions to his arm and leg and was taken to Changi General Hospital.

Her family has since transferred her father to Singapore General Hospital where he is warded and will undergo surgery on Wednesday (May 30).

"So far we do not know of any witnesses apart from the driver of the car and his female companion," said Natalie.

"I believe someone could have seen the accident while walking along the pavement or captured in with an in-car camera."

In response to a Stomp query, a police spokesman said police investigations are ongoing.
