Man, 22, arrested for suspected drink-driving after accident at Syed Alwi Road junction

A-22-year-old man was arrested by the Police for suspected drink-driving, following an accident involving a car and a taxi at the junction of Syed Alwi Road and Jalan Berseh.
The incident occurred on May 17 at around 3.10am.
Stomper Trevor was at the scene and said, "The Malaysia-registered car did not give way and hit the taxi."
He also sent in photos showing both vehicles damaged.
In response to media queries by Stomp, the Police confirmed the incident and said the car driver was arrested. Investigations are ongoing.
