Stomper Chin found a driving licence belonging to Nor Muhammad Kamal Bin Basri at a bus stop near the Seagate Technology building in Woodlands today morning (June 24) at around 7am.
He has returned the item to Sembawang Neighbourhood Police Centre at Canberra Community Centre along Sembawang Drive.
Said the Stomper:
"If anyone knows the owner, please kindly inform him.
"Friends from Singapore, please share this.
"Thanks and Selamat Hari Raya."
