Lorry bursts into flames along Changi North Crescent

A lorry burst into flames along Changi North Crescent today (Mar 2).

Stomper Steven was nearby when the incident happened at shared photos of the lorry on fire with Stomp.

He said that the lorry "exploded".

Thick plumes of smoke could be seen rising from the fire.

In response to a Stomp media query, a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) spokesman said that they were alerted to the incident at about 2pm.

"The fire was extinguished by SCDF using two waterjets and there were no injuries reported," he said.
