A Housing and Development Board (HDB) block in Jalan Rajah has gotten a makeover.
Stomper Lisa and Estelle, both residents of Block 103 Jalan Rajah, alerted Stomp to the incident after spotting gold flags hanging from every floor in the block since Monday (March 19).
Said Lisa:
“I have seen these gold flags hanging from every floor since Monday.
“I wonder if something is happening at my block?”
The incident also left Estelle with some questions.
She said:
“I Know that you can hang Singapore flags but I never knew that you could also hang gold flags as well.”
