Italian actress Pamela Prati can easily pass off as someone in her twenties -- but she is actually almost three times older.

Believe it or not, the gorgeous celebrity is 58 years old.

Prati, who is also a model and television presenter, attributes her youthful looks to a healthy diet and regular exercise.
