Is it deliberate? Woman keeps trying to dash in front of oncoming cars in Yio Chu Kang

A woman nearly caused an accident when she suddenly dashed out into oncoming traffic along Yio Chu Kang Road in the wee hours of July 11 at around 4.15am.

Stomper Anonymous said he nearly collided into the woman, and that he saw her doing the same thing to at least one other driver.

He told Stomp, "I made a U-turn back back to see if I had met a ghost or human.

"The lady was fine and walking around, so I think she did this delibarately."

"I'm keeping this video in case that lady makes a claim against me like previous news reports that I have heard about."

Car accident scams have been on the rise lately, in which the 'victims' throw themselves onto oncoming vehicles, before claiming that they were hit and asking for monetary compensation.
