This video of a driver trying to navigate his van out of a back lane might be the most painful thing you will watch today.

It is unclear when and where exactly the incident occurred, but a video of the van driver's struggle was uploaded by Facebook user Marfino Nora on Tuesday (July 10).

How the driver ended up in his unfortunate predicament is also anyone's guess.

In the video, the van can be seen across two lanes while its driver struggled to rectify his boo-boo.

He was clearly having such a hard time that two men exited their car and went down to give him directions.

The van driver appeared to eventually right himself, thanks to the two men's help.
