Aren't these kids way too young to be smoking?

Stomper Mohan came across youths smoking at a staircase at Block 437 Yishun Avenue 11 last night (July 26).

The boy and the girl were smoking near the block's lift and the boy appeared to be wearing his school's t-shirt.

Said the Stomper:

"I understand that it is an offence to smoke along the housing board corridors or staircase. 

"It's high time that authorities should take action to prevent them from smoking!"
