Guy walking on TPE is lucky he wasn't hit by any vehicle

A man in a black shirt was spotted walking along the Tampines Expressway (TPE) at 7.33pm yesterday (May 20).
Stomper Anonymous said: "There was a guy who was wearing a black T-shirt walking against the direction of the traffic at the side of the road towards the TPE."
In a video Anonymous shared with Stomp, a guy dressed fully in black is seen walking on the road shoulder of the highway.
Considering this happened in the evening, it would have been difficult for motorists to notice him.
Just about a week ago, a woman was seen walking on the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) on May 11.
On Mar 25, a family of three was also caught on camera running across the PIE.
