Watch how quickly things escalate after 'customers' take out parangs to rob store

Two men did a classic act of pretending to be customers before drawing a parang to rob a store.

Stomper Danish shared with us a video of the incident, which he believes took place in Malaysia.

According to a time stamp on the video, it occurred on Oct 1 at 8.10.

Two men wearing red helmets can be seen standing idly among the customers.

One of them first approached a customer and beckoned him to go out while drawing out his machete, which also sent onlookers fleeing the store in terror.

The man then started making the rest leave the venue while his partner went behind the counter to take money from the cashiers.
