When David Laid was 14 years old, he weighed just 44 kg at a height of 1.7m.
He referred to himself as a twig and turned to YouTube for advice, reports Life Buzz.
He has since spent the last three years working on his body and shares his progress on social media.
Over his transformation, he gained serious muscle and confidence.
He revealed that the key to his success is sticking to his routine:
“I would watch YouTube fitness videos, eat, go to the gym, go home, watch more videos, go to bed, repeat," he said in an interview. "That’s all I would do. That and go to school.”
Now at 18 years old, he is 1.87m and weighs 87 kg and is a budding bodybuilder.
