In the morning it's Valentine's Day, at night it's Halloween: Chinese woman shows the power of makeup

The video posted Night Cat's Facebook page demonstrates how makeup -and skill- can completely change a person's face.

The women in the video first show the makeup-less half of their face before showing the heavily made-up side.

The Facebook status reads: "In the morning it's Valentine's Day, at night it's Halloween."

The video has been viewed over two million times and Facebook users were quick to point out that it was those who had small eyes that looked the most different.

Some also accused the girls of trying to look ugly in the "before" half by "drawing black smudges on their faces".

Other users defended the girls' use of makeup, with one Facebook user saying: "Who are you to judge those who actually put effort to look better."
