Stomper Truong saw a driver appear to be going against the flow of traffic near Upper Paya Lebar Road.

A dashboard camera video the Stomper sent to Stomp shows a timestamp of July 8, 7.39pm.

A car driver is at a right turn, except facing the wrong way.

The car is right next to a right-turn signboard that indicates that the driver is going the wrong way.
