E-biker with a death wish speeds down Hougang Avenue 2

Stomper Chan was cruising along Hougang Avenue 2 on Saturday (Aug 12) at 6.08pm, when he spotted an e-bike travelling behind him at a high speed. 

The incident was captured on a dashboard camera on Chan's vehicle. 

The e-biker was also ferrying a pillion rider at the back.

Said Chan:

"The rider behind me was definitely driving at speeds above the permitted 25km/h.

"This is dangerous and unacceptable.

"Moreover, they weren't wearing safety gear at all."
