'Drunk' guy left at Tampines void deck after being dragged out of car by another man

Stomper Axcel spotted an apparently drunk man lying at the void deck at Block.493B Tampines Street 43 yesterday (Sep 20) at around 10.30pm.

A video taken by the Stomper, who was passing by the area, shows another guy in a white long-sleeved shirt trying to support the man.

He then placed him lying down on the ground.

Axcel said: "The guy was too drunk and couldn't walk by himself.

"Not sure if the other guy was a friend or just a driver. He helped the guy out of the car and left him at the void deck.

"Then he went upstairs, presumably to try and find the guy's home or relatives, but came back downstairs alone.

"I'm not sure what happened after that as I left shortly after."
