BMW i8 parked in middle of road blocking residents at MacPherson is same car used for Uber prank

A BMW i8 that was parked in the middle of the road outside several houses in MacPherson Gardens is the same car that was once used in an Uber prank last year.

Stomper J told Stomp in a telephone interview that she saw the car outside her house yesterday (May 9) at around 4pm.

She said that the car was blocking the entrance of two houses for around two hours. 

J reported that this has happened on several occasions and that she had told the driver off twice.

"He parks like he owns the road and other cars cannot pass," added J.

Coincidentally, the BMW with licence plate number SLG18X is the exact same car that was used in an Uber prank.

Stomper Danny alerted Stomp to the video that was posted on YouTube on 10 November 2016.

In the video, the vehicle was used as a pickup car for unsuspecting Uber users. 

The exterior of the car and its licence plate number matched the car that Stomper J saw.
