Driver nearly runs over family of otters frolicking in middle of road at Joo Chiat Place

Stomper ryus came very close to running over three otters that were seen frolicking in the middle of the road at Joo Chiat Place on August 5.
He has since reported the incident to the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA).
Said the Stomper:
"While driving, I almost ran over three otters that were frolicking in the middle of Joo Chiat Place.
"Fortunately, I was able to stop in time. I have reported the incident to AVA."
