Did someone deliberately leave 2 dustbin covers in the middle of the road in Yishun?

Stomper Kong Keong was driving home along Yishun Ring Road on Thursday (May 31) at about 2.44am when he spotted an object lying on the road.

As he got closer, the Stomper saw that it was a dustbin cover from a bin at a bus stop near Block 672C. 

"I stopped and placed the bin cover back," said Kong Keong.

However, he was surprised when just four minutes later, he came across another bin cover further down the road near the bus stop opposite Block 445.

He shared screenshots of the bin covers with Stomp that were taken from video footage recorded on his car's dashboard camera.

"A motorcyclist had to avoid it," said the Stomper.

"I stopped again to remove the bin cover."

"This is surely a deliberate attempt to cause injury for any drivers or riders who are not alert enough."
