Debris scattered across traffic junction on Clementi Rd after accident involving bus and car

An accident involving a shuttle bus and a car happened at the junction of Clementi Road and Kent Ridge Crescent on Wednesday (Feb 28) at 5.26pm.

Stomper Lubna was driving when she came across the aftermath of the accident.

She quickly took a photo and sent it to Stomp,

Said Lubna:

“There were parts all over the road.

“It looked quite bad.”

In response to a Stomp query, a police spokesman said:

“On Feb 28, 2018, at 5.26pm, the police were alerted to an accident involving a car and a bus at the junction of Clementi Road and Kent Ridge Crescent. 

“The car driver, a 33-year-old man, was conscious when he was conveyed to National University Hospital (NUH). Police investigations are ongoing.”
