Cleaning table top is fine, but watch where you throw your used tissues

Stomper Ks was disgusted when he came across a man who wiped the top of his table using tissues papers, but tossed them on the floor after, at the Jalan Tua Kong Lau Lim Mee Pok stall in Simpang Bedok on Sunday (Jun 4) at around 9.30am. 

What’s worse was that the man had done it twice and in front of his companions, presumably his daughter and wife. 

Said ks:

"I'm a frequent customer here but it's the first time I've seen this family.

“The man did it (threw used tissues) not once but twice, and right in front of his wife and daughter too.

"Small actions like these from individuals can collectively pollute the environment.

“What kind of values will he impart to them?

"We should all strive to be more civic-minded like the Taiwanese."
