Cigarette smuggler gets burned by ICA: "6-pack? ICA officers only see 2 packs"

A Singaporean man was stopped at Woodlands Checkpoint for trying to smuggle in two packets of cigarettes in the waistband of his shorts on Jun 13.

However, netizens are all talking about the humour in which the Immigration & Checkpoints Authorty (ICA) posted this news on their Facebook page.

A photo of the man with the cigarettes in his waistband was posted on Jun 14 with the caption:

"Six-pack? ICA officers only see two packs."

"Great sense of humour ICA!" said Facebook user Liang Sea Fong while others acknowledged this epic burn.

Jokes aside, the ICA added:

"This method of concealment is a cause for concern as it may be used by people with ill intent to smuggle security items into Singapore."

So don't do it, guys. It's not worth it.
