Stomper John is appealing to the public for help in looking for a boy with special needs and his helper who have been missing since 6am today (Jun 3).

The boy is a member of Runninghour, an inclusive running organisation for integrating people with special needs.

He was supposed to turn up for a running event with the organisation earlier this morning but never arrived.

John has posted a photo of the boy and his helper with the family's permission.

"His parents are overseas right now," John explained.

"His helper usually brings him to our events but we are not sure where they went this time."

According to John, the two of them left their family home in Outram at around 6am this morning to head to the meeting point at HarbourFront MRT Station.

At publishing time, the duo have still not been found.
