After taking photos of so many insects, Lau Lup now nearly swallows one

Stomper Lau Lup is famous for his many stories on Stomp, most of which feature unusual wildlife and nature that he comes across.

A recent encounter he had with a fly proved to be rather different from the rest, however.

He nearly swallowed a fly that was 'camouflaged' in his Indian vegetarian set meal from a hawker centre near Toa Payoh Industrial Road.

The black fly looked extremely similar to spices were part of Lau Lup's food.

This occurred during lunchtime on Dec 22.

Lau Lup: "The spices and dead fly looked so similar! Thank god I did not swallow it as I had ordered a vegetarian meal to begin with!"
