A bird, ghostly figure or Superman? Nope, it's e-scooter rider whizzing past driver

Not only was an electric scooter rider travelling on the road, he also failed to stop for the traffic light even though it was not in his favour.

It is unclear where exactly the incident occurred, but a video showing the rider's actions was posted on ROADS.sg.

According to the video's timestamp, the clip was recorded on Dec 17 at around 4.17am.

Said a caption accompanying the video: "He was riding too fast for any reaction from driver. Even in slow motion the frame per second could not capture his image."
