60-year-old man's body pulled out of water at Sudang Anchorage

A 60-year-old man's body was found floating in the water at the sea of OSF Sudang Anchorage on Nov 18 at around 12.50pm.

Stomper Chin Chao witnessed a dive workboat with a team of divers retrieve the body from the water.

"Divers made sure to prevent the body from drifting away due to the strong current while a boatman called to inform the authorities," said the Stomper.

"The Police Coast Guard arrived swiftly to retrieve the body and return to base.

"I hope the deceased will rest in peace now that he has been found."

In response to Stomp media queries, a police spokesman issued the following lines.:

"On Nov 18 at 12.52pm, the police were alerted to a case of unnatural death at the sea of OSF Sudang Anchorage. A 60-year-old man was found motionless and was pronounced dead. Police investigations are ongoing."
