57-year-old driver sent to hospital after car accident along Brickland Road

A car accident occurred along Brickland Road in Choa Chu Kang at around 5.10am this morning (April 11).

Stomper Maria, a resident in the area, said a "loud bang" was heard.

She also contributed photos which her son and her neighbour had taken, showing the car with its front bumper damaged.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident, which occurred in the direction of Bukit Batok East Avenue 5, at 5.10am.

The car's 57-year-old male driver was conscious when taken to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.
