53-year-old man arrested for allegedly molesting woman on bus at Toa Payoh

A 53-year-old man has been for his suspected involvement in a case of outrage of modesty.

On Dec 17 at around 10.33pm, a female victim informed the police that she had been molested by a man onboard a bus along Lorong 4 Toa Payoh.

Officers from Tanglin Police Division arrested the suspect along Lorong 6 Toa Payoh on Dec 20. Investigations are ongoing.

If convicted, the suspect is liable to a jail term of up to five years, or with a fine, or with caning, or with any combination of such punishments.
