Why do this? Lorry driver ties parrot to metal door at back of vehicle

Stomper ky was with her mother in the family car and driving near Block 641 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4 on Friday (Mar 17) at around 4.30pm, when they saw a parrot being tied to a metal door at the back of a lorry GBB6685A. 

They took a video of incident and sent it in to Stomp.

In the video, the parrot can be seen flapping its wings but could not move as one of its feet was bounded to the door. 

Said ky:

"We felt sorry for the parrot.

"At first my mum thought it was fake until it started moving.

"We were all shocked.

"It was trying to fly but could not move at all."
