Stomper puzzled by electronic board at multi-storey carpark next to Nex shopping mall: "The sign says carpark is full but it's practically empty"

Stomper Victor was intending to park his car at the multi-storey carpark next to Nex shopping mall in Serangoon today (Jan 28)  at around 9am when he came across an electronic sign board that indicated that the carpark was full, at the entrance to the facility. 

Deciding to try his luck anyway, Victor drove in, and to his bewilderment realised that the carpark, far from full, had many lots left.

Said Victor:

“The carpark was practically empty on some floors.

“This is not the first time this has happened.

“I hope someone fixes the problem soon.”
