Sengkang resident embarrassed by neighbours' poor hygiene

Stomper Abv is embarrassed by the heap of rubbish left outside a Central Refuse Chute (CRC) at Block 102 Rivervale Walk.
According to Abv the rubbish is dumped by inconsiderate neighbours who refuse to just dump the litter in the CRC.
He is also disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the estate:
"The monthly Service & Conservancy Charges (SCC) for Pasir Ris Punggol Town Council is one of the highest in Singapore but the standards are not up to par.
"Cleaners are not visible and block washing and sweeping are not carried out everyday."
