Notice anything wrong with this sign along East Coast Rd?

Stomper Roy was driving along East Coast Road this afternoon when he came across a sign installed upside down. 

In the photo he sent to Stomp, the sign, located after Jalan Tua Kong, can be seen pointing towards the exit of a public carpark. It should face the entrance of the carpark located across the road. 

Said the Stomper:

"If the sign is placed like that, it's telling people to turn in.

"People who are familiar with the area will know it is pointing the wrong way. But drivers new to the area might not know better.
