Man risks life and limb to prune plants along edge of parapet at Blk 427 AMK Ave 3

Stomper Desmond was at a bus stop in front of Blk 570 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 yesterday evening (Feb 21) when he was shocked to see a man dangerously pruning plants at the edge of a parapet.

According to the Stomper, the man was tending to the plants at Blk 427.

In the photos he contributed, a topless man can be seen standing on the edge of a parapet. It is unknown if he is wearing any safety equipment.

Said the Stomper:

“Just wonder whether the HDB or Ang Mo Kio Town Council allows residents to place the potted plants in such a manner. What will happen if he is careless and falls?

“This is an accident waiting to happen. I hope the relevant authorities will look into this.”
