Driver of SLE551H, do you know you were inconveniencing others this rainy morning?

Stomper Lee came across an inconsiderate driver this morning (Feb 15) at Blk 271A Sengkang Central.  

Said the Stomper:

"There was a heavy downpour this morning and my daughter and I were waiting for my hubby to pick us up at the pick-up point.

"We had to walk in the rain to get into the car because of this inconsiderate driver who parked at the pick-up point for more than 20 minutes. 

"The driver was nowhere in sight!"
