Ed Sheeran wins 2017 with teasing announcement

Ed Sheeran fans, rejoice for the music genius is back!

This comes in light of Sheeran’s surprising short video on Twitter posted on New Year’s Day itself, promising that new music will be coming on Friday (Jan 06). 

In the video, Sheeran could be seen sheepishly holding up a piece of paper that said:

"New music coming Friday!"  

The singer hadn’t released an album since June 2014 or a single since June 2015 and fans are left starved for more of his amazing work, reports Mashable via AsiaOne. 

As of now, nothing is known about what Sheeran intends to release on Friday, but one thing is confirmed though; fans are very, very, very happy to have Sheeran back.
