Five vehicles damaged in double chain collision at AMK Blk 629 carpark

Stompers Alan and WY alerted Stomp to an accident that occurred at the carpark of Ang Mo Kio Block 629 yesterday evening (Mar 6), involving four cars and a van.

In the pictures they contributed, a black car with a damaged bonnet can be seen on the grass patch between two parking areas. 

According to Stomper Alan, who was on his way home when he saw the aftermath of the accident, people gathered at the accident scene said that the black car had collided into another car and a yellow lorry, causing them to hit the vehicles parked next to them. 

They also said that the accident happened at around 5.30pm. 

A police spokesperson said:

"On 6th March 2017 at 5.25pm, the police were alerted to an accident involving four cars and one van at Blk 629 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4.

"Police investigations are ongoing."
