Driver's slow reflexes cause 3-vehicle chain collision along MCE near Exit 14B

Stomper Hwa Sin was driving along the Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) today (Apr 20) at around 8.40am when he witnessed a chain collision involving two cars and a lorry.

In the video the Stomper contributed, a black car can be seen abruptly braking behind a teal car. The red car and lorry behind it are unable to stop in time, leading to a chain collision.

Said the Stomper:

"I was a little startled when I witnessed the accident.

"The vehicles involved stopped by the roadside after it happened."
