CityCab driver cuts lane at Marina Coastal Drive and flashes middle finger when honked at

Stomper Rafi was making a right turn from Marina Coastal Drive towards the Marina Coastal Expressway at around 10am on Monday (May 22) when he encountered an inconsiderate CityCab driver who cut across his lane and flashed his middle finger when honked at. 

In the videos contributed by Rafi, the Stomper can be seen making a right turn from the third lane when a yellow CityCab on the second lane suddenly cuts across his lane while driving towards the fourth lane. 

As they drive along the road, the taxi driver lowers his window and flashes a middle finger at the Stomper. 

Said the Stomper:

"I honked my horn at the taxi driver and he opened his window and gave me the middle finger.

"Is it alright for the driver to behave in such a manner? Is this punishable by the Traffic Police?"
